"We stopped into the office and received quotes from Sandy. She was very nice and made some beneficial suggestions. Gave us the information with no high pressure sales pitch. We called a few days later and dealt with Nicole. (Sandy was out of the office) Nicole processed our policy requests and one for our son. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. "I had nothing but good things to say about this agency until recently. I had been waiting for months to be properly billed, check on it a few times with the reps and I was told we were still waiting on underwriting. Waiting on Underwriting for almost 3 1/2 months sounds unrealistic, but I waited and keep checking in, no update. Then one day out the blue they send me a 1500 dollar bill and some change and expected to be paid that day. When I tried to get answers or figure out how they let the back pay get that high and didn’t say anything no one wanted to respond to my text messages or email but kept calling and sending me messages about bill being due. Sounds like someone drop the ball about the billing situation and now wants me to pay a huge chunk of money for back pay because it took either underwriting or the agency a long time to say something. It’s funny how no one can actually tell me what happen and why it took so long for billing to be updated till the bill was super high."

"I was stressing so bad about Geico more than doubling my auto insurance at my renewal, who can afford $400/month in this economy? So I called and spoke with Nicole Dukes and let me tell you... you should call her too. She was able to insure me at HALF the cost of what Geico was wanting to charge me!! That's not even the best part!! She ALSO increased my coverages and added additional protection all while keeping me at the same deductible and due date as I had with Geico. FOR HALF THE COST! Thank you so much Nicole! 10/10 would recommend."

"I will start off by saying that the office was great until 2023. Long story short, in 2021 we signed up for an extra policy that I was told in office would cover the cost of our AC when it went out. No exclusions, no fine print, and I even verified that this program would 100% cover our AC no questions asked and this was confirmed. Fast forward to 2023. I called to finally say my AC went out. Then all of a sudden, I am then told that due to my AC age, I would only be covered up to $1500. I am then told (true words), that my AC would only be covered in a situation as lightning strike. I reached out to office manager at the time and she gave conflicting information on what the plan covers and what it does not. After asking for clarification on her changing information, I was abruptly told to call corporate for any additional help. I was also told that the office would call the previous employee who signed me up for the policy, and ask her to remember a conversation from 2021. Please use me as an example and get everything in writing even when it seems too good to be true. Jared, I am happy to go over any and call concerns."
